- I work with IE and ESIC Business Schools in Master programs, mainly for senior professionals.
In both schools I work in the area of the development of management skills. For example, with IE: “Personal Branding and Networking”, “Assessing and Developing People”, “Leadership & Coaching”, “Leading through Emotions”, “Leading others? Lead thyself first”; with ESIC: “Personal Branding” and “Career Development”.
- With Institute for Transformational Leadership I provide executive coaching services to managers and executives, both individually and as a team, thus contributing to the IFTL mission: transforming people, teams and organizations through self-knowledge, commitment, cross-functionality, innovation and optimization of key processes in a sustainable way and with extraordinary results.
- With Headspring I provide group facilitation in companies, for the development of emotional intelligence skills, such as: “Developing a Culture of Feedback within an Organization”, “Positive Leadership” and “Developing Relationships at work”.
